Required Documents: Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details).

Verification Timeline: mwinph will make reasonable efforts to complete verification within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, certain account functions, including withdrawals, may be restricted.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested, or submission of fraudulent or falsified documents, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings in your account.

Deposits: You may fund your mwinph account using any of the payment methods available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), and other methods as specified. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. mwinph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

Payment Method Ownership: All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. mwinph will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the name on your mwinph account.

Fees: mwinph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on mwinph are subject to the specific rules and regulations of each sport and betting market. Odds are subject to change without notice until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to our sports betting rules, which are available on the Platform.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential account closure.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. • Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to any part of the Platform's systems or networks;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform;

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mwinph, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall mwinph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your mwinph account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

mwinph is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and mwinph. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your mwinph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

Termination by mwinph: mwinph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, mwinph may withhold any funds in your account and pursue legal remedies as appropriate.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee. mwinph will make reasonable efforts to notify you before imposing such fees.
